Generally our Admin Team work with our caterers to provide a good range of food that will meet the needs of most people, including vegetarians. But if you have specific dietary requirements, please make sure you notify our Admin Team well before the course so that we can try to accommodate them.

What payment methods can I use when enrolling on a course? We process all course enrolment payments using Suncorp Bank's secure Merchant Services. When enrolling using our online enrolment system we will not collect any credit card details on our website. Once you select your credit card type and then click to pay, you will be taken to Suncorp Bank's secure website where you can enter you credit card details. Suncorp Bank securely encrypts all information collected on these pages using high level SSL technology to help to ensure the security and privacy of your payment details.
If you make the payment for your CTZ course enrolment or a CTZ product with us over the phone, we must collect your credit card details (or other payment details) to process the payment via our secure eCommerce partner, Suncorp. Once your payment has been processed, we will securely destroy your credit card details. To protect your security, we do not store your credit card details. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard and will soon be accepting American Express cards as well, although unfortunately we will need to pass on the additional surcharge to AMEX card holders at the time of payment. Unless you are enrolling three or more participants, we cannot accept bank transfers or PayPal payments. If you are enrolling three or more participants we might accept these payments, however, there are a few conditions around the timing of these and the course you are enrolling onto. We use the latest online security SSL technology to encrypt all personal details that are collected during the enrolment process. We understand that there are times when people need to transfer or withdraw from a course. Life happens! In this case you need to advise us in writing as early as possible. Cancellations received by us in writing outside our cancellation penalty period will receive a full refund less any administration fees that are relevant.Cancellations within the our cancellation penalty period will receive a relative percentage of your course fee back. In most cases you have the opportunity to transfer into the next course. Terms and conditions apply. Please see our Enrolment Terms and Conditions for our cancellation details. If you are cancelling, please follow us up to make sure that we have received your written notice. Notifications that we have not received cannot be accepted as valid cancellations. I missed the "Early Bird" cut-off date. Can I still enrol for the discounted price? You can only receive the "Early bird" discounted course fee during the early bird advertised period. Once the Early bird expire date has passed the course fee returns to the original full-price fee or another special price that might still be in place on that course.How can I find out when you have a course coming up in my city? Why can't I see the course venue on the training calendar? We use a range of professional training venues to deliver our courses throughout Australia. Which venue we select for a course will depend upon the size of the class as well as venue availability. We cannot confirm the exact venue until reasonably close to the course date. If your concern is about public transport, our CBD venues are in easy, central locations with adequate transport availability. Once you have enrolled into a course we will send you all the necessary venue and course details as soon as these are available.Do you charge GST on top of the course fees? All of the course fees listed on this website (unless otherwise specified) are inclusive of GST. We are required to charge GST for all courses that we deliver in Australia. This is true regardless of whether the participant is an Australian resident or not.I am not an Australian resident, do I have to pay the GST? Australian Tax Law dictates that organisations delivering courses on Australian soil are required to charge GST to all participants. This includes both Australian residents and non-Australians.
