An eBook is similar to a real paper-based book but it is distributed electronically, usually over the internet. It can take many formats, most of which can be read on the screen as well as printed. Our eBook is in PDF format (Portable Document Format). Are there any other resources I need to buy in order to apply the strategies in the eBook? No. The eBook explains in detail the strategies that you can apply in your training to help you refine and develop your skills. Other than general training environment needs and other items that you might choose to use, you should not need other resources to apply most of the strategies that we outline.What payment methods do you accept? We use the secure payment services of PayPal (PayPal.com) PayPal accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. You can also use your PayPal account (If you have one) and use your own funds or even an echeck. Note, however that similar to standard checks, echecks take a few days to clear, depending on your bank and where you live and this will hold up the delivery of your products.
If I pay using an echeck when will I receive the eBook? PayPal suggests that echecks take between 3 and 5 days to clear. Once the echeck is cleared at PayPal, we will be advised by PayPal and we will then send you an email (using the email address that we received from you in the order process), with the instructions you will need to download your eBook.
How do I know my payment details are secure? PayPal is a trusted and recognised provider of online payment solutions. They use up-to-date security technology to protect your personal and financial information. When you are taken to the PayPal site you will see a small padlock image on your browser, either in the address bar or in the status bar. You will also notices the letter 's' at the end of the "http" in the address bar. These features indicate that your information will be encrypted and transferred securely. The eBook price is listed in US dollars.When I buy the eBook will I be charged GST (Goods & Services Tax) or any other Tax? We are legally obligated to charge GST to people who have their primary residential address listed as being in Australia. This GST will be added onto their order total at PayPal during the eBook order process. People who are outside of Australia will not pay any tax or GST on their eBook purchase.Will I receive an invoice/receipt when I purchase the eBook? Yes. You will be emailed a receipt of your purchase. For Australian residents, GST details will be listed on your receipt email ('Tax Invoice'). How will the eBook be delivered? After you have successfully purchased and paid for the eBook you will be taken to a download page on the Corporate Training Zone website. There you will find a download link that will allow you to download the zipped file of your eBook and the related bonuses.
If you paid by echeck, we will send you an email with a link to download the file once your echeck funds have been cleared by PayPal. Do I need any other software to use with the eBook? The eBook and bonuses download as a compressed ('zipped') file. Once you download it and save it to your hard drive you will need to unzip or "extract" the files. If you don't have unzipping software already, you will need software that unzips compressed files such as WinZip, WinRAR, PowerZip, or CAM unZip . A lot of these software providers offer a free trial period so you can download their software to see if you like it.Am I able to print the ebook? Yes. The eBook is printable for your personal use only. Please note that the copyright only covers you printing the eBook for your personal use. It cannot be distributed to anyone else in any form.Will this eBook software work on a Mac (Apple, iMac) computer? No. The software that the eBook has been created in, eBook Pro, is designed to be used on a Windows-based PC. It may be possible to run the eBook software on a Mac with a PC emulator program such as Virtual PC or SoftWindows.How long will it take to download the eBook? The size of the zipped up eBook and bonuses is approximately 2 Megabytes (2MB). The time it takes to download the file will depend on your internet connection. The table below will give you approximate download times for different internet connections.
